Shipping Policy

At BUNDLES0FSLAY, we are committed to transparent and accurate fulfillment timelines. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

Orders are submitted for processing 24 hours after they are placed. Customers may request a cancellation within the first 24 hours of purchase.

Once the 24-hour period has passed and processing has begun, cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests will not be approved due to customer error, including but not limited to ordering the wrong item, selecting the incorrect length, texture, color, shipping method, or failing to review product details and our Terms & Conditions prior to checkout.

By placing an order with BUNDLES0FSLAY, you acknowledge and agree that it is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Processing Time

All processing times are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing begins after the 24-hour order window has passed and payment has been confirmed.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order prior to pickup or shipment.

Product Processing Times

Natural & 613 Hair (Bundles, Closures, Frontals):

5–6 business days

Raw Burmese Bundles:

6–8 business days (same-day shipping available)

Raw Burmese Wigs:

10–12 business days (same-day shipping unavailable)

Natural & 613 Wigs:

8–10 business days

Highlighted / Custom Items:

10–12 business days

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Pompano Beach, Florida for eligible orders.

Processing time for local pickup is the same as listed above.

Customers will receive a text and email notification once the order is ready. Orders will not be released prior to confirmation.

Pickup instructions and location details will be provided once processing is complete.

Shipping Orders

For shipped orders, processing times are the same as local pickup. Once processing is complete, orders will ship on the final day of the processing timeframe.

Shipping Method

Standard shipping is fulfilled via UPS and may require a signature upon delivery.

After shipment, UPS delivery typically takes 2 business days.

Shipping time is separate from processing time and begins once the order has shipped.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Same-Day / Expedited Shipping (FedEx) 

 

Shipping Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

Due to fraud prevention measures and order verification procedures, BUNDLES0FSLAY does not manually edit, reroute, or change shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

Orders are reviewed and verified based on the information submitted at checkout. For the security of both our customers and our business, shipping addresses must remain exactly as entered at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is entered, customers must contact BUNDLES0FSLAY immediately. While cancellation requests may be considered in accordance with our cancellation policy, address changes cannot be guaranteed and orders that have already entered processing, been fulfilled, or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

By placing an order with BUNDLES0FSLAY, customers acknowledge and agree that the shipping address provided at checkout is final and cannot be modified by BUNDLES0FSLAY after purchase.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST may qualify for same-day or next-day shipping, depending on availability.

Same-day shipping is fulfilled via FedEx.

If necessary to expedite delivery, BUNDLES0FSLAY reserves the right to upgrade the carrier from UPS to FedEx at no additional cost to the customer. This allows orders to ship directly from our warehouse for faster delivery.

Important

Not all textures or items qualify for same-day shipping.

Customers must text us prior to placing an order to confirm eligibility.

Orders placed without confirmation will be processed under standard shipping timelines.

Packaging Policy Notice

Please note that custom BUNDLES0FSLAY packaging is subject to availability. While we do our best to keep all custom packaging in stock, availability may vary due to high order volume and restocks.

FedEx Same-Day Shipping Orders

Custom packaging does not apply to FedEx same-day shipping orders. These orders are shipped directly from our vendors to ensure expedited delivery.

As a result:

• Hair will be shipped in a black sheer protective bag.

• Bundles will still include branded tags.

• Orders will not include our custom packaging, including velvet bags, shopping bags, or other branded packaging.

• Custom packaging is fulfilled only when orders are shipped directly from us, not from our vendors.

We will always communicate packaging availability updates via Instagram. If custom packaging is available when your order is processed, it will be included. If not, orders will still be shipped securely and professionally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this packaging policy.

Carrier Delays & Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, BUNDLES0FSLAY is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, or issues caused by UPS or FedEx.

Delivery timelines provided by shipping carriers are estimates only.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with BUNDLES0FSLAY, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Processing time and shipping time are separate.

• Processing times apply to both local pickup and shipped orders.

• Shipping transit times are outside of our control.

• Signature confirmation may be required.
