Agreement to Policies

 

By completing a purchase with BUNDLES0FSLAY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our store policies, including but not limited to:

  • Local Pickup Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy

These policies are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

 

 


Eligibility 

You must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.


 

 

Order Processing

 

  • Orders begin processing the next business day after the order is placed.
  • Processing includes administrative handling, payment processing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment preparation.
  • Once processing has begun, the order is considered in progress.

 

 


Cancellations & Restocking Fee

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order and before processing begins.
  • Approved cancellations are subject to a $25 restocking and processing fee.
  • This fee applies because operational costs begin immediately after an order is placed, including inventory reservation, payment processing, and administrative handling. These costs are non-refundable.


🚫 Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


Final Sale Policy

All sales are final once processing begins. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the limited circumstances under which a replacement may be considered.

 

Shipping & Transit Responsibility

  • Shipping and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • BUNDLES0FSLAY is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, or transit interruptions once an order has shipped.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for delivery.


Local Pickup

  • Local pickup orders will only be released after the customer receives official confirmation via text or email.
  • Pickup details are provided once processing is complete.
  • Failure to follow pickup instructions may result in delays or additional fees, as outlined in our Local Pickup Policy.


Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

BUNDLES0FSLAY is not responsible for:


  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Errors caused by third-party stylists
  • Damage occurring after delivery or pickup

All products are used at the customer’s discretion. Professional installation by a licensed stylist is recommended.

 

User-Submitted Content

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or testimonials, you grant BUNDLES0FSLAY a royalty-free, perpetual right to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

Disputes & Resolution

Customers agree to contact BUNDLES0FSLAY directly and allow us the opportunity to review and resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute with a payment provider.


In the event of a dispute, BUNDLES0FSLAY may submit all relevant documentation, including order confirmations, delivery proof, communication records, and accepted policies, in accordance with payment processor guidelines.

 

Legal Remedies

Nothing in these Terms limits BUNDLES0FSLAY’s right to pursue lawful remedies in cases of fraud, policy abuse, or misrepresentation, as permitted by law.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
