Refund & Exchange Policy


Absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

For health and hygiene reasons, it is against the law to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions — even if the hair has not been installed or touched. Please ensure your order details are correct before purchasing.



Can I Pick Up My Order Locally?


Yes, doll! 💕 Local pickup is available in Pompano Beach, FL.

Pickup options will appear at checkout once you enter your address.



How Long Will My Order Take?


Processing and shipping times are listed under our “Order Processing & Shipping” tab on the website. Please review those details before ordering to know exactly when to expect your slay.



Do You Offer Split Payment Options?


Yes! We accept Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and Sezzle at checkout for flexible payment options.



U.S. Shipping Information


Please note that Bundles0fSlay does not ship on weekends or holidays.

📦 Be sure to include your apartment, unit, or building number when placing your order to ensure proper delivery.


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. From that point forward, your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).


Bundles0fSlay is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number for assistance.



How Do the Wigs Come?


All wigs come pre-plucked and pre-bleached for your convenience, doll. ✨



How Can I Cancel My Order?


If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase.

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations after that window are not guaranteed unless you’ve spoken directly with our team.



What Happens If I Enter the Wrong Address or Forget My Apartment/Unit Number?


Please make sure all shipping details — including your address, apartment or unit number, and ZIP code — are entered correctly at checkout.


Bundles0fSlay is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to the wrong address or returned due to missing or inaccurate details, we will not be held liable for any lost or undelivered packages.



Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?


Unfortunately, Bundles0fSlay is not able to alter or update shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

Shopify has a strict verification system that matches the billing, shipping, and card information used during checkout.


For security reasons and to comply with Shopify’s policies, we cannot make any changes to your address once your order is submitted.

Please double-check that your full and correct address — including apartment or unit number — is entered at checkout. Address changes after purchase are not permitted by law or by Shopify’s verification system.
